Order and Shipping Times

Sir Chocolate ships within the United States, with the exception of areas covered by our franchisees, this currently includes Hampton Roads VA. Order shipped to CO addresses will incur 8.0% Sales tax.

We do not ship to PO Boxes when using USPS.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or by USPS. Please allow 7-10 days from your purchase date for your order to arrive.

Sir Chocolate is not responsible for undeliverable addresses or incorrect recipient names and addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship, unless you request a specific delivery date (only available if you choose Overnight Priority or 2nd Day Guaranteed shipping on checkout). Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, and other conditions. Sir Chocolate, LLC cannot be held responsible for these delays and/or costs incurred by clients whose products are delayed in transit.
Orders received after 2:00pm are automatically processed the next business day.
No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days and holidays.
Carrier Options
We use a variety of carriers, including FedEx and UPS. Each is a reliable and established company which ensures that each order gets to its destination in a timely and appropriate manner. According to each order, we will ship using the carrier that we feel is best suited for the situation. We will do all possible to accommodate specific shipping requests as noted on original purchase form, however Sir Chocolate reserves the right to substitute fright carriers at our discretion.

Sales Tax
8.0% sales tax applicable to all orders delivered in Colorado.
Pricing Changes

Our products are subject to availability due to weather and seasonal variations. Sir Chocolate, LLC & Fondue4You.com reserves the right to make changes to it’s pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our primary concern, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Sir Chocolate, LLC’s customer service department via email at info@Fondue4You.com or call 1-303-671-7150.

Damaged Merchandise
Every step is taken to ensure safe delivery of your order, however, in the event your order is damaged when you receive it, damage must be reported and claimed with the carrier who delivered them (exp. UPS, FedEx) on day of delivery. We recommend keeping all original packaging to show to driver until claims are resolved with the respective freight carrier. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Food items are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.

Returns/Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges on non-food items will require a Return Authorization (RA) code. Call for your RA number at 1-303-671-7150. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior authorization code. Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within ten (10) days of delivery only. Food items are not returnable. The return of merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 15% re-stocking fee at Sir Chocolate, LLC’s discretion. No packages will be accepted without prior authorization by Sir Chocolate, LLC.

You must repackage the item in its original box with your receipt/packing slip and RA code. You must ship your item prepaid, as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.

Please note: All items must be in re-sellable condition be eligible for a refund. Used items or items not reported as damaged upon receipt will not be accepted for credit.
CANCELLATION: All regular orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping and a full refund will be issued.
