Can Sir Chocolate accessorize the table to fit the theme of my event?
Of course! Sir Chocolate's table set up includes an elegant fabric wrap for the base of the chocolate
machine and food risers to enhance the overall presentation. If you would like to add additional
items/decorations to the table, we are always happy to accommodate our clients. Please feel free to
confer with our Event Consultant during the booking and contract stage of our agreement.
Do you provide service outside the Denver Metro Area/Hampton Roads Area?
Yes, but on a case-by-case basis, depending on how far out and scheduling restraints. Please contact
your local Sir Chocolate to confirm availability.
May I rent a Chocolate machine without the operator?
No. In an effort to maintain the highest standard of quality service, the chocolate machine
is always accompanied by a professional, uniformed operator.
May I use my own caterer to provide dipping items?
Yes, our Premier Service Plan calls for the client to provide all dipping items. We will still provide a
Qualified Uniformed Operator to be sure your event goes as smoothly as possible.
May I personally supply my own dipping items?
Yes, you may, although we would need to pre-approve the list prior to your event. Some items are not
suitable for the chocolate machine and cause problems during operation.
May I choose more than 8 Dipping Delight items?
8 is currently our standard limit, although we are happy to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Please confer with our Event Consultant during the contract phase of our agreement.
What are the power requirements for the Chocolate Machine?
The Chocolate machine requires one 120volt /15amp standard outlet, preferably within 10 feet of your
desired setup location.
